Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin the return process, contact us at support@ownherstyle.com. Please make sure the items are unused and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

    Send an email to support@ownherstyle.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Follow the instructions:

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  • Pack it well:

    Make sure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transportation.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process takes up to 14 days. Restocking fees are free.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@ownherstyle.com as soon as possible. We can typically cancel orders before processing. Once processing starts, cancellations aren't possible, and you'll need to follow our return procedure after delivery.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Once your email has been received, we will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email clear photos to support@ownherstyle.com. Once verified, we will arrange for either the correct item or a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
